Weekends bedrifter

Kål m kapers, løg, olie og parmesan.

Langtidshævet suredejsbrød, med på biga af ølandshvede.

Friskfanget spise kastanjer, bagt i salt - spist m smør!

Lammekølle rullesteg med urter, kapers og anjoser - resterne lavet til kebab kød med korriander, spidskommen, allehånd, peber og fennikelfrø!

Home made meatball pizza

Pizza of long raised dough. Bio tomato, onion, fresh garlic, bio thyme and oregano, little sugar salt n pebber - blend it. Topping half bio, fresh mozzarella and normal whole strong cheese, grated. Meatball - bio minced oks, parmegan, egg, fresh parsley, pinenuts, chili, salt and peber and dijon mustard. Mix well and top the pizza with the meat. Place in max heated oven, between two baking (pizza) stones. Aprox 6 min! Enjoy


Goat cheese salad

Lettuce, red onion, watercress, Salted small olives with stone, dressing of bio oliveoil and applecider vinegar. Loads of pebber! Topped with a crouton and a thik slice of dry goat.
